Will Ryder's 'Bad Babes Inc.' Nabs Multiple XBIZ Awards Noms

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Will Ryder’s “Bad Babes Inc.” has received multiple nominations for the upcoming 2018 XBIZ Awards.

The nominations include Comedy Release of the Year and Marketing Campaign of the Year, while its cast received Best Actress — Comedy Release (Katie Morgan), Best Actor — Comedy Release (Ryan Ryder), Best Supporting Actress (Kat Dior), Best Supporting Actor (Seth Gamble), Best Non-Sex Performance (Frank Bukkwyd), Best Sex Scene — Comedy Release (Adriana Chechik, Ryan Ryder) and Best Sex Scene — Comedy Release (Kat Dior/Moe "The Monster" Johnson).

The Adam & Eve Pictures feature film stars Katie Morgan as a blind-sided stay-at-home wife who receives her ex-husband's porn company in the divorce settlement.

"I'm so thankful for being cast in this role because it was such a great part for me,” Morgan said. “The script was fantastic and I loved it the instant I read it. I'm so happy to be nominated by XBIZ.”

Ryder commented, "It's the best adult movie of the year. I can say that with a straight face because I'm biased as hell and it's not good to mess with cold hard facts. Truth is, we had a stellar cast led by Katie and she absolutely killed it. The entire cast and crew lived up to my expectations and the list of award nominations is remarkable although I think we're missing a couple of nominations. I'm so proud of my team and I thank XBIZ and Adam & Eve Pictures.

"I did this movie in all honesty because I wanted to kick some ass,” he added. “I got tired of my contemporaries Brad Armstrong, Greg Lansky, Jackie St. James and Axel Braun having all the fun so I got busy and wrote the best script of my career, cast actors I loved, brought in my new DP Rene Francois and created ‘Bad Babes Inc.’ to reclaim my position as one of the best story-tellers in this business.

"Listen, I have a lot of respect for the good directors in this business like Axel, Brad, Jacky, Greg and some of the others so it's a great feeling to be back in the conversation,” Ryder concluded.
