LFP Video, On Top Productions Team for Distribution Deal

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — On Top Productions, known for its man-on-man wrestling films, has signed an exclusive yearlong distribution deal with LFP Video Group to produce six new titles directed by On Top owner Barry David.

LFP Creative Director Drew Rosenfeld told XBIZ that On Top currently is the company's sole gay studio creating content exclusively for LFP distribution, and that LFP only recently reentered the gay market with in-house production for the twink niche.

On Top's wrestling niche, Rosenfeld said, is pretty narrow, but high sales numbers already are proving its popularity. He said LFP did extensive research before signing the deal to make sure On Top was the right fit, and received nothing but positive feedback.

"I wanted to team up with the biggest and best company out there,” David said. “The videos I produce are to a specific gay customer, and I’m excited that with LFP Video distributing my product I’ll be able to reach a much larger audience.”

The first title released under the deal, "Hard Cock Hotel 2," was released last week, and Rosenfeld said it's already selling extremely well.

The next On Top release will be "Boy Toy Wrestling Vol. 3," and after its street date, the company will spend the summer preparing to release a new title every other month, beginning in the fall.

Rosenfeld said that if the sale numbers continue to show the niche's success, LFP will look into extending the distribution contract after the year's end.

"Hard Cock Hotel 2" is a hardcore film described as featuring "men with too much testosterone and time on their hands," using WWE-style wrestling to resolve their disagreements. The film is set in a hotel with no women in sight.
