Since last year, semi-final rounds have been held in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Detroit, New York, Dallas and the Internet.
Playboy TV's new channels Spice Xcess, Club Jenna, Fresh and Shorteez have aired footage from some of the semi-final rounds, but Lane's ultimate goal is for the project to be picked up for regular programming by one of the major adult broadcast companies. She said there has been some interest in the project as a pay-per-view event.
