"Over the last year or so we've had a lot of success in our domestic sales," Elegant Angel General Manager Graham Travis told XBIZ. "We really think there's an ability to do the same thing worldwide, working directly with distributors in Europe. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We develop good working relationships with our customers, we provide great promotional items. We think doing the same thing in Europe will be very successful for us."
"The adult DVD market is saturated everywhere, and too much choice can be no choice at all,” Travis said. "It's also hard to keep consumers interested in DVD with alternatives like the Internet, VOD and membership websites. We can provide consumers with an enjoyable and memorable viewing experience that makes them want to come back for more."
Travis told XBIZ that he doesn't expect a language problem. "Absolutely not. So far, everybody speaks English. We haven't encountered any language problems at all. The main difficulty is the time difference, which can require some late nights on our part, and late nights for our distributors in Europe."
