HeatSeek Offers New Pay-Per-Install Program

SAN FRANCISCO — The HeatSeek adult browser, which claims to make searching and viewing adult content online easier and more secure, has converted its WorldCash affiliate program into a pay-per-install program.

The new program will pay affiliates each time their traffic generates a HeatSeek software installation. Pay rates vary depending on the amount of installs that lead to users downloading HeatSeek Gold, the upgraded pay version of the adult browser. However, a company spokesman said, even affiliates whose traffic fails to convert to the Gold browser still with earn a five cent payout per download.

"We view this as the next step in adult website marketing," the HeatSeek spokesman said. "Our goal is to be the channel between mainstream consumers and the adult world, and to provide opportunities for adult webmasters to access extremely valuable traffic at the 'golden moment' when a consumer begins their online adult session."

HeatSeek Gold offers users a variety of upgrading search and storage options that the basic free version does not, and the spokesman said that the browser can be set as a pre-installed favorite link, similar to the way Internet Explorer or Firefox is for mainstream Internet browsing.

"We think this is a great non-compete program for webmasters to offer to their paid members as a way to increase membership loyalty and return visits," the spokesman said.

HeatSeek initially launched its WorldCash program in September, allowing webmasters to promote the software, which functions as a password-protected adult browser, downloader, organizer and viewer.

The company's recent partnership with flash drive manufacturer U3 also allows users to view and store content on a portable USB key.
