“Having Chris on board creates the perfect synergy for our companies creativity and growth,” said Mark Hovanec, Jet Set’s executive in charge of production. “Chris brings a level of production skill that rivals my friends in the broadcast industry.”
In addition to his directing, Steele has been credited with discovering stars Eric Rhodes, Roman Heart and Derrick Vineyard. Noted for its jock-themed productions Steel is tasked with expanding the Jet Set Brat Pack label.
“This is a case of perfect timing,” said Nick Boyias, CEO of Marina Pacific, Jet Set’s distributor. “Jet Set has begun an aggressive production schedule and Chris, working with Mark, gives us a solid foundation to produce quality films that the Jet Set audience has grown to expect.”
Steele has completed principle photography on his first movie, “Proven Straight,” featuring two performers exclusive to Jet Set. His next two productions are scheduled to film the first week of May.
“It’s great to be back in Southern California, and having a company totally behind me creatively,” Steele said. “I have a lot of films left in me and Jet Set is willing to give me a lot of creative freedom.”
