NEW YORK — My Little Vixen will be promoting its female-friendly brand at Sex Expo New York 2017, to be held Sept. 23-24 at the Brooklyn Expo Center.
Founded by New York City-based Dana Givens, aka The Vixen, in 2014, My Little Vixen is a female-friendly online adult store that sells a variety of pleasure products and features a book series, “Sex With Cocktails.” My Little Vixen, beginning this summer, will also be organizing a series of pleasure parties.
“Our booth at the Sex Expo New York 2017 will be centered around our book series and the self-care products we (sell) at our store, from edible body paint and natural massage oils to small toys,” Givens said. “We will be talking about our new pleasure parties and (offering) a chance to visitors to sign up to come to our exclusive parties.”
Wicked Sensual Care, Doc Johnson, Jimmyjane, LELO, Fantasy Lingerie, OVO Lifestyle Toys and Sliquid are among the many pleasure product brands that My Little Vixen carries.
“My Little Vixen is a multi-dimensional e-commerce and media platform dedicated to sexuality and dating and aimed at young women,” Givens said. “Our goal was to (revise) what people think when they envision a pleasure store.”
Givens said that My Little Vixen is “centered around the character of The Vixen, who is in the logo and is the inspiration for our book series, ‘Sex With Cocktails.’ The first book is available at all major bookstores online.”
Givens added, “Our pleasure parties, which will be starting this summer, are a part of our curated pleasure experiences for shoppers looking for a more upscale pleasure party experience that is a stark difference from your normal at-home pleasure party.”
In early March, the bicoastal Sexual Health Expo (SHE) announced that it was rebranding itself as Sex Expo. The Brooklyn gathering will be Sex Expo’s first East Coast event since the rebranding.
“I have talked with the organizers in the past about being a part of the Expo, and we have now moved to a point in our development that we can be a part of the event,” Givens said. “We are very excited to be a part of the event this year.”
The Brooklyn Expo Center is located at 72 Noble St., in Brooklyn, in the Greenpoint area and is within walking distance of the MTA’s Greenpoint Avenue subway station. To reach the Brooklyn Expo Center from Manhattan, take the G Train.
