STOCKHOLM — This past Wednesday, LELO’s Global and Asian teams came together on an idyllic mountainside to celebrate the brand’s growing strength in the Asian markets.
The company reported the event itself was hosted in a beautiful, newly refurbished chateaux, not yet open to the public, perched on the edge of a cliff on the stunning Moganshan mountain range, about 120 miles due West of Shanghai, where LELO has a major office.
“The importance of this event cannot be overstated: it represents how seamlessly the global teams all work together at LELO, and how we all have exactly the same goals, values and ambitions,” said Stu Nugent, LELO’s brand communications manager. “China is huge for LELO, and for the sex toy industry as a whole, so as the most recognizable brand in the market it was a pleasure to have a dialogue face to face with partners and journalists alike.”
Present at the event were selected members of the extended retail family, journalists, bloggers and various industry luminaries from China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and many other locations.
A LELO representative added, “It was the perfect place to present how positive some of LELO’s recent launches had been received, and to showcase some glimpses of things to come in 2017. After covering various campaign successes and recapping press coverage worldwide, as well as a number of products due to be released in 2017, the event moved downstairs into a dungeon, where a small and sexy show was performed."
