LOS ANGELES — Mirai Clinical will be exhibiting its Japanese bodycare products — including deodorizing persimmon body wash and soap for women — at the next Sexual Health Expo (SHE), to be held on Saturday, Feb. 4 and Sunday, Feb. 5 at the California Market Center (CMC) in Los Angeles.
Koko Hayashi, founder of Mirai Clinical, will be available in the company’s booth at SHE L.A. to answer questions about its products.
“Who doesn’t have feminine odor issues sometimes?,” Hayashi said. “We know every woman does, and we are here to help.”
Hayashi said, “Being a woman means learning to love and embrace every inch of your body, including your most intimate lady parts. You may have gotten it waxed, steamed or even tightened, but what about taking care of your overall vaginal health?”
Persimmon products for women, Hayashi said, have been in heavy demand in Japan — where Mirai Clinical was founded.
“In Japan, persimmon products are very popular among young girls of all ages,” Hayashi said. “If you think about feminine odor elimination, persimmon is the first thing you come up with. It’s widely used on body, pets, sanitary items and foods. Now, we are bringing the secrets to the States, with our purifying and deodorizing body wash, soap bar and other face, body and hair care products from Japan.”
Hayashi said that Mirai’s deodorizing products have been clinically tested and shown to be effective.
“A lab test shows that our body wash eliminates ammonia by 96 percent and hydrogen sulfide — another cause of feminine odor — by 80 percent,” Hayashi said.
Other Mirai products for women include an eye cream, a face wash and a shampoo. In addition to persimmon, ingredients in Mirai products range from shea butter to fruit extract to seed oil.
Mirai offers persimmon products for men as well, including a soap, a body wash and a spritzer.
Headquartered in Japan, Mirai also has an office in West Covina in Southern California.
“Mirai Clinical is a Japanese age-defying brand based on the holistic practice that less is more,” a company representative said. “The fewer products you use, the healthier your skin —followed by less moisturizing, less washing, less friction.”
The California Market Center is located at 110 E. 9th St. in Downtown Los Angeles.
