Exxxotica Announces 2017 Events for Denver, Chicago

EDISON, N.J. — Exxxotica has announced its 2017 expos, which will include events in New Jersey and Chicago as well as its first in Denver.

Exxxotica said that its “debut in the Rocky Mountains has been in the works for years” and will finally come about with the first Exxxotica Mile High show at the Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Center from Mar. 31- Apr. 2. The event, Exxxotica said, will feature “nearly 100,000 square feet of exhibition and breakout space” and “hundreds of exhibitors and the top stars in adult as well as seminars and performers.”

With Denver’s legalization of recreational marijuana, Exxxotica Mile High “will feature exhibitors and sponsors catering to the cannabis aficionado,” Exxxotica said.

“We’ve had our eye on Denver for a few years now,” said J. Handy, director of Exxxotica producers Three Expo Events. “When Denver legalized recreational marijuana, we knew our entire base — including exhibitors, sponsors, stars and fans — would get really excited about Exxxotica Mile High. Once we found the perfect venue, which allows us to fully take over the hotel from Friday through Sunday, we knew we had found a new home.”

Exxxotica will return to Chicago Jul. 7-9 and take place for the seventh straight year at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. near O’Hare International Airport. Exxxotica said its Chicago event “will once again be taking place alongside one of the largest anime conventions in the Midwest, which proved to be a huge success for exhibitors and fans last year. There will be cosplay contests, after parties, dedicated seminars, performers and much more, as well as some special surprises and events.”

The 10th Exxxotica New Jersey event will take place Nov. 3-5, returning to the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison, N.J.

“While 2016’s Exxxotica New Jersey crushed attendance, exhibitor and star records, 2017 is going to blow them all away and be the biggest Exxxotica in history with more exhibitors, sponsors, stars, some incredible special guests and huge after parties,” Exxxotica said.
