LOS ANGELES — Asian adult star Marica Hase has received an XBIZ Awards nomination for Best Sex Scene: Virtual Reality for her work in VR Bangers’ “Marica Hase Room Service.” The 2017 XBIZ Awards will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and hosted by Ron Jeremy.
“Thank you, XBIZ, for my nomination and for recognizing my work,” Hase said. “I enjoyed working on this, and virtual reality is so popular now. I hope to make more of these virtual reality projects in 2017.”
Hase is represented by Mark Spiegler’s agency Spiegler Girls for film work. A spokesperson said that Hase, who recently visited Japan, “has been very busy filming this fall, and has many exciting new scenes coming up in 2017.”
