Dr. Ava Cadell to Release 'Sexycises by Sexperts'

MALIBU, Calif. — Dr. Ava Cadell is introducing a new how-to book and video project entitled “Sexycises by Sexperts: Intimacy Through Yoga.”

The new book and video will be released in conjunction with Valentine’s Day 2017.

“Sexycises by Sexperts” features 20 experts in the fields of sex therapy and yoga, blending together yoga, fitness and partner intimacy.

“Everybody wants to improve the intimacy in their love lives, even more than sex,” Cadell said. “So I’ve created a fun way to give couples what they need — blending yoga, fitness, and intimacy. The how-to program includes yoga instruction in all styles for all levels, and it’s as much fun as Zumba with the benefits of partner yoga and meditation.”

Featured in the project are many of Cadell’s protégés, including sex therapist and acroyoga expert Dr. Cat Meyer, and intimacy expert and Playboy radio host Miyoko Fujimori, both of whom are available for live television demonstrations of the sensual balancing practice of acroyoga, which builds trust, intimate communication and is a novel way for couples to spend quality time together.

Cadell says the “Sexycises” project was conceived after her appearance on the TV series “Kendra on Top,” where she helped Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett at her Intimacy Bootcamp. Wilkinson and Baskett healed their relationship doing therapy and Sexycises with Dr. Ava, along with Dr. Nancy Sutton-Pierce and Dr. Hernando Chaves.

“Lovers can stay connected to each other on their journeys to sexual fitness and satisfaction,” Cadell said. “The yoga poses in the ‘Sexycises’ book range from playful to passionate, with mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and sexual benefits illustrated with artful photos. The video will complement the book with step-by-step demos allowing viewers to follow along and get to know the sexperts.”
