TrafficPartner Seeks Senior Campaign Manager

BERLIN — TrafficPartner is seeking a senior campaign manager for their office in Berlin, Germany.

"The role involves a mix of business development skills, dealing with newly-acquired partners, and performance marketing," TrafficPartner said. "The senior campaign manager will be part of our new campaign management team, the most innovative and international team at Traffic Partner. The team is responsible for testing the traffic sent by new partners as well as exploring the newest dating industry concepts."

According to TrafficPartner, the senior campaign manager "will deal with affiliate networks and independent media buyers on a daily basis. With them, you will establish long-term partnerships based on mutual trust and aimed at maximizing profits through campaign optimization."

Candidates for the position, TrafficPartner said, must "have minimum two years experience in performance marketing with focus on affiliate marketing, particularly on CPL lead generation in the field of dating, gaming, sweepstakes, etc."  

TrafficPartner said that "experience in other performance marketing models like CPM is a big plus."

The candidate, according to TrafficPartner, must have "relevant experience with affiliate networks" and "very good" English-speaking skills.

TrafficPartner, describing qualified candidates, said, " You feel confident and enjoy talking to partners and clients on a daily basis via Skype, e-mail and phone," adding, "You excel at negotiating, and you are a shark when it comes to it. Everything is negotiable."

The person hired must be able to work in TrafficPartner's office in Berlin.

"The position is based in Berlin, a city that has plenty to offer all year round," TrafficPartner said. "From cultural events to clubs for every genre of music, from big parks to street art, from open airs to open-minded people — in Berlin, you never get bored.
