Gay BDSM Megasite KinkMen.com Launches

SAN FRANCISCO — Kink.com today launched new megasite KinkMen.com, which will unite all six Kink.com gay brands — BoundGods.com, MenOnEdge.com, NakedKombat.com, ButtMachineBoys.com, BoundInPublic.com and 30MinutesofTorment.com.

Membership to the new KinkMen allows users full access to Kink’s library of gay BDSM content with one monthly membership charge of $39.99.

For Kink.com, the largest producer of BDSM and fetish content in the world, the move to a centralized site represents a new era, said Matt Slusarenko, Kink’s marketing director.

Slusarenko said that rather than maintaining about two dozen individual sites, Kink.com has begun developing packages of content and allowing users to purchase all-access passes.

Early testing showed conversion numbers far above individual sites, he said.

“The adult consumer is willing to pay more for quality content,” Slusarenko said. “When we looked at our numbers, we saw that members were often switching between sites, canceling one membership to start another.

“By offering more, we’re able to not only provide a better product to consumers, we’re able to something that delivers more revenue to us, and to affiliates.”

The launch of the KinkMen.com megasite dovetails with a massive rebuild of Kink.com’s affiliate program, KinkyDollars, Slusarenko said.

Affiliates considering promoting the new KinkMen megasite can visit KinkyDollars.com. Current affiliates will be prompted to do a quick conversion to the new platform. New promotional material is available specifically for the KinkMen.com launch.

Existing affiliate accounts to individual sites will still work, and the affiliate payout will remain at 50-60 percent. However, Slusarenko expects that affiliates will quickly move to promoting KinkMen exclusively.

“The numbers on the KinkMen.com all-in-one site have been amazing, and I think affiliates are going to see the value of promoting it over the traditional sites almost immediately,” he said.
