LOS ANGELES — "Marriage 2.0," produced by LionReach Productions and distributed by Adam & Eve, has received top nominations for the X-Rated Critics Organization's (XRCO) 2016 awards show, to be held at Ohm Nightclub in Hollywood on Jun. 22. The nominations include Best Release, Best Actor and Best Actress.
"We are honored and excited to see that 'Marriage 2.0' is acknowledged as one of the top productions of the year," said Magnus Sullivan, who wrote and produced the film. "It is particularly striking that a movie that is so different from the standard adult production stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the biggest names in big-budget productions. As the reach of 'Marriage 2.0' continues to grow, however, audiences realize that we did something truly creative and compelling: we used explicit sex in a film to show how sex can drive a narrative and engage an audience in a way that is unique to our genre. Marriage 2.0 is a 'full-body' adult experience, and it's great to see that XCRO recognizes both the accomplishment and, in doing so, the need to rethink the content our industry produces."
"Marriage 2.0" has received many awards or nominations, including Best Actress, Best Sex Scene and Best Cinematography in the XBIZ Awards as well as Movie of the Year from the Feminist Porn Awards and Audience Choice Award: Best Narrative Feature from CineKink.
"We are very thankful to XCRO for the nominations and are extremely proud of the efforts of the cast and crew," said Bob Christian, director of business development for Adam & Eve. "They were able to bring their creative vision to life, while producing a great film and developing a whole new manner of making adult films at the same time."
