VINELAND, N.J. — Nature Labs has announced the hiring of Richard Young as its new director of compliance and regulation.
According to the company, Young posses a strong background in training, development and implementation of standards. Young has worked for large concepts and brands and has a history of team building.
Nature Labs CEO Lou Rivers said, “Richard has a high level of integrity that will be crucial in his new role as director of compliance and regulation. Having implemented various policies and SOP's inside a variety of concepts his eye for detail and no nonsense style makes him a valuable member of the Nature Labs Team."
Young said, " I know the importance of my position, dealing with the FDA, USDA and many other organizations Nature Labs is now involved with and doing things right is imperative to the success of the company."
Johanna Guzman, Nature Labs’ director of operations, says, " I am amazed at how fast Rick has been able to grasp and retain so much data! It is really great to have someone as focused as Rick in this role."
In August, Nature Labs acquired and relocated Pulse Products from Commerce, Calif. to Vineland, N.J., at the same time expanding to its new 30,000-square-foot facility where it is now producing full lines of body care, hair care and spa products.
