MobileCashout Acquires Espabit, Integrates Products

BARCELONA — MobileCashout, the affiliate network focusing on monetizing mobile traffic, today announced that it has acquired Espabit, the global provider of innovative HTML5, Android and iOS mobile products.

The two companies are now merged under the MobileCashout brand and all of Espabit's mobile products have now been integrated into the existing MobileCashout offering.

Both company teams will remain intact continuing to develop leading mobile offers and mobile traffic monetization. The merger has created a workforce of 35 people with offices in Barcelona, Dublin and Valencia, Spain.

Product development will be carried out in Valencia; business development and marketing will be centered at the Barcelona office while administration will be provided by the Dublin team.

Oliver Crane, business development director at MobileCashout, said, “We have been working closely together with Espabit for the last 2½ years utilising their industry renowned and commercially successful offers with the MobileCashout platform.
