Cupid’s Box Announces Sex Toy Survey Results

Cupid’s Box Announces Sex Toy Survey Results

LOS ANGELES — Online sex toy store CupidsBox.com has announced the results of its recent survey of 100 anonymous straight women, which among other findings reveals that men don’t mind when women enjoy their favorite toys.

According to the survey, though many women express concerns that they should hide their vibrators and dildos for fear of making their partners jealous, an overwhelming number (95 percent) of men do not mind if their lover uses sex toys.

The survey also found that although many women got their first sex toys early (from ages 18-24), many women 55 and older are buying vibrators online for the first time.

Of the respondents, 60 percent of all women bought their first sex toy at a store; with only 13 percent purchasing toys online.

“Could this be due to fear of a highly-graphic box arriving at their home, apartment or dorm room?” asks a Cupid’s Box spokesperson. “If so, take comfort, discreet women of the world — while Cupid’s Box celebrates every sexual proclivity, the company also understands that what’s done in the bedroom need not be visible next to the front door.”

For its part, Cupid’s Box ships all orders in unmarked boxes, labeled only as “CB, Inc.,” with priority shipping and express processing free of charge on all orders over $30

Nearly four out of 10 of the survey’s respondents report having a sex toy break on them (39 percent), pointing to a need for better quality, with the vast majority noting that they would be willing to spend $50 or more on a sex toy with a warranty.

“Many of the high-end sex toys carried by Cupid’s Box, including the famously innovative brand JOPEN, come with year-long warranties,” the spokesperson adds. “[This] means clients can feel safe investing in the quality sex toy they deserve, without fear of having their wild ride ruined by the little engine that couldn’t.”
