LOS ANGELES — Adam & Eve Pictures has announced the release of "Love, Sex & TV News," an original comedy starring Sarah Vandella that dives deep inside the bustling studios of a L.A. television news station.

A PG movie trailer is available on Youtube here.

With an all-star cast and director Will Ryder at her side, the New York native Vandella earned the lead role of news producer Maggie McCormick.

"I dare you to show me a girl that turned in a better performance this year?" Ryder said. "This could be the best acting performance of the year male or female and she deserves an award nomination."

Vandella and Ryder discussed the project in detail before he cast her.

"She's really quite good," Ryder remarked.

"This was one of the great experiences of my life," Vandella said. "I was so happy when I got the role because the character Maggie is a real person with real problems and dreams and to play a career-minded TV producer within an original comedy was a huge challenge but the script was so good I knew this would be a special movie."

Centered on the high-stakes world of TV journalism, the film focuses on News 10 Los Angeles and it's talented and gorgeous producer. As the station's ratings begin to slip, along with Maggie's love life, she turns to the world of high-paid escorts to get the scoop of a lifetime. But with her boss breathing down her neck and her romantic life in shambles, will she be able to balance reviving her career while getting laid?

"Love, Sex & TV News" also stars Carmen Caliente, Skin Diamond, Janice Griffith, Capri Cavanni, Seth Gamble, Nick Manning, Chad White, Kurt Lockwood and Alec Knight. The cast also includes Karen Summer, Anya Ivy, Josie Jagger, Jenna Marie, Kendall, Lucky Starr, Frank Bukkwyd and Roy Karch as the sports reporter.

The movie has 96 minutes of extras including behind-the-scenes, interviews, photo gallery, bonus sex scene and more. The feature has a running time of 119 minutes. It was co-produced by Scott David and Jeff Mullen and is available today.
