LOS ANGELES — Svakom has opened up new offices in the U.S., located in City of Industry, Calif.
Headquartered just outside of Los Angeles, Svakom’s new location includes a 12,500 square foot warehouse.
Jeff Klepper, director of marketing and sales for the U.S. said, “We are looking forward to introducing our one-of-a-kind technologies to American consumers and bringing our products to the U.S. market.”
Svakom has partnered with distributors Eldorado, Williams Trading, and Entrenue to help tap into the heart of the American adult toys market, the company says.
“Svakom is all about personalizing the user's experience,” Klepper said. “This means we are working hand-in-hand, not only with our distributors, but also with the stores themselves. I want to make sure the sales staff in every store, is fully versed in the technology and culture behind our products. We want to get the staff 100 percent comfortable with our products, so they can go on and provide a memorable buying experience to each and every consumer.
“This is the goal we have for all of the stores that carry our brand. Not only are our toys innovative, but so are our point of sale items,” Klepper added. “I always make myself, and my staff, available for individual store trainings because it is the personal interaction between our brand and the sales associate that makes the greatest impact on the store’s bottom line.”
Svakom has launched four new products this year. Retailing for $99, Svakom says its Emma vibe is the sleekest and most elegant offering yet. Emma is a heated wand vibrator that is waterproof and has a battery life of up to 48 hours. On a full charge, the rechargeable battery will last up to two full days.
“Emma is really the toy to watch in my opinion,” Klepper said. “Emma is flying off the shelves everywhere she is carried. This is the not to miss vibrator from us right now.”
In addition to Emma, Svakom just released two medium-sized hybrid G-Spot vibrators named Barbara and Betty.
“Barbara and Betty embody the SVAKOM aesthetic,” Klepper said.
They are both made of soft, body-safe silicone. Barbara is the rabbit vibrator with a ridged tip to focus on the G-spot. Betty is curved with a cushy ridged tip to accommodate the user's preference.
Svakom also has unveiled the update to the Siime. The state-of-the-art Siime Eye is a WiFi vibrator camera that connects to any smart phone or tablet via a downloadable app.
“The Siime Eye has certainly caught the attention of a lot of people and rightfully so,” Klepper said. “We want to introduce products that not only encourage people to explore but also to share their most intimate moments even when they are halfway across the world,” Klepper said.
