The Barrett-Blade-directed “Player’s Club” stars Kirsten Price, Sophia, Brooke Haven, Mira Luxe, Kaiya Lynn, Tiffany Holiday and Jenna Haze in her first boy-girl scene after she left Jill Kelly Productions.
“This was done as a big favor to me, and it was a thrill to have Jenna do this for us,” Blade said. “Our friendship has grown tighter since it was a big step for Jenna to give me her first boy-girl scene since she had put performing with guys on hold for the past three years.”
Sammy Rockstarz founded Rockstarz Films in 2004, at first producing low-budget gonzo films. He said he became inspired by adult feature films from Nic Andrews and Michael Ninn that highlighted good acting and slick production value, so he decided to raise the bar a notch by adding mainstream flair such as storylines similar to those of 1970s.
Also part of the distribution deal, “Filth Hunters” was directed by Eden Paige and stars Violet Blue, Mandy Taylor, Hailey Young, Barrett Blade and Tyler Durden. It will be in stores April 25.
“I’m overjoyed to be working with Skye [Blue] and Nick [Manning] at Platinum Blue Productions,” Rockstarz President Tommy Rock said. “This is a very good situation for us. Platinum Blue is a top-notch company. As far as I’m concerned, it just doesn’t get any better as far as getting distribution and support for our product. Things are really looking up for us.”
