Adult Empire Launches New Website

PITTSBURGH — Adult Empire has launched its newly redesigned, mobile-compatible, website that works across all platforms and devices.

The company said it has seen tremendous growth in its web-based sales since recently retooling its site, so developing a faster, simpler and more optimized navigational performance for its customer base has become a top priority.

"There's a massive shift in how people browse the Internet these days," said Megan Wozniak, director of marketing. "Now that mobile searches have officially surpassed searches on a desktop computer, it has become necessary for your website to be ready for use across any screen."

Lead web developer Daniel Chura added, "We have been focused on mobile users as far back as 2010 when we launched our first retail mobile site.  Also, our Adult Empire Unlimited On Demand subscription service has been responsive since it was launched in 2013. All of our white label stores and theatres are responsive, as well as any membership site we build via our affiliate program AdultEmpireCash.com.”

He added, “Finally, being able to announce our flagship site AdultEmpire.com as 100 percent responsive is a credit to the work of our design team, in particular our lead designer Doug Graham. Doug has been shaping the look our websites for almost 10 years and is always pushing the envelope with the latest trends and technologies. Doug was saying responsive when we developed our first mobile site five years ago."

The new adaptive design — which is Android and iOS compatible — caters to customers' growing needs while streamlining the payment process, search functionality and screen adaptability as the company's infrastructure continues to evolve into the future, Adult Empire noted.

"As the first online retailer to offer the fully responsive experience, we feel a big responsibility to ensure that our customers have their needs met efficiently while still giving them the same great service they've come to expect from Adult Empire," Wozniak said. "Responsive web design provides an optimal viewing experience that will adjust flawlessly across all devices, thus helping retain visitors to our site no matter how they choose to visit us."
