PHILADELPHIA — Indie film production company Breaking Glass Pictures said today that it plans on releasing the documentary “Ron Jeremy: Life After the Buffet” on May 5.
Directed by two-time Emmy Award-winning producer/director Hedda Muskat, “Ron Jeremy: Life After the Buffet” chronicles Jeremy’s spiritual awakening after being diagnosed with a major aortic dissection.
Jeremy starred in more than 2,000 adult films but in 2013, he made a different kind of headline — death came knocking at his door when he started experiencing pains in his chest.
“This riveting documentary follows Ron on his personal journey to discover the existence of a
greater power than what is here on Earth,” Muskat said. “The film includes guest appearances from adult film star Teri Weigel, ‘The Porn Pastor’ Craig Gross, Dr. Hillel Laks of UCLA Medical Center, celebrity booking agent Mike Esterman and Dennis Hof, owner of the famed Bunny Ranch.”
Starting May 5, “Ron Jeremy: Life After the Buffet” will be available on video-on-demand platforms iTunes, Amazon Instant, Vudu, Google Play, Xbox and Vubiquity. The film also will be available on DVD.
