PAWTUCKET, R.I. — Berman Innovations, creator of The Semenette, is pleased to announce its participation in Rhode Island’s The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health’s recurring “Sticky Stories” event.
The event takes place tonight, Friday, February 13, with proceeds helping to support The CSPH’s mission to reduce sexual shame.
“We are so excited to be a part of an event to bring humor and fun into the spotlight and reduce sexual shame,” says The Semenette CEO Stephanie Berman. “Not only do we love Megan, but The CSPH is an incredible organization, and we are thrilled to collaborate with them on this and other future events.”
“Sticky Stories” celebrates an evening of unfortunate crushed and awkward sexcapades, with hilarious stories of erotic writing classes, coming out stories, embarrassing love letters, wet dreams, strange crushes, sexual debuts, and more. Attendees can enjoy sexy carnival-type games at the event to receive raffle tickets, which may also be purchased directly at the event.
Berman will provide information on the company’s innovative ejaculating dildos, which allows partners to mimic traditional intercourse through its proprietary inner tubing and pump system, re-creating the ejaculatory process in the privacy of their own home. Recipient of a 2015 XBIZ Award nomination for “Couples Sex Toy of the Year” and “Specialty Pleasure Product of the Year,” The Semenette is made of premium medical-grade silicone, is non-toxic and phthalate free, and manufactured entirely in the U.S.
“The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health joins the enjoyable and medical facets of sexuality and is always excited to see others do the same,” says Erin Basler-Francis, Content and Brand Manager for The CSPH. “Born from desire and necessity, The Semenette gives ‘vagina owners’ a sexy and functional way to simulate penetrative sex, with the added bonus of assisting those wishing to make a baby.”
“The CSPH is thrilled to have Stephanie Berman introduce The Semenette to attendees of our ‘Sticky Stories’ event, and look forward to a lively discourse about her product,” Basler-Francis said.
One free raffle ticket, in addition to stickers, condoms, lube, dental dams and latex gloves, will be provided to all who attend; additional vendor items will also be available for purchase at the event.
Doors for “Sticky Stories” will open at 7 p.m. EST at The AS220 Black Box Theatre.
Tickets are $10-$15 on a sliding scale and attendees must be 18 or over.
