LAS VEGAS — An online fundraiser has been launched for Cytherea, the popular porn star who was the victim of a home invasion by three armed men in January.
The home invasion involved a brutal attack and sexual assault involving multiple male perpetrators — three teens with one as young as 16 — according to a local news report in Las Vegas, where the crime was committed.
The three teens were later caught and have been each charged on five counts of robbery, four counts of kidnapping, three counts of conspiracy to commit sexual assault and one count of sexual assault. The teens were charged as adults.
The fundraiser on YouCaring.com is called “Help get Cytherea back on her feet” and has a goal of $10,000.
“This traumatic event has left Cytherea to suffer both physically and emotionally,” the fundraising sites says. “Unable to work, she have been asking friends for help and support. Please donate whatever you can to help support her and her family while she get through this ordeal.”
