Sssh.com is Nominated for Two 2015 XBIZ Awards

BOSTON — Sssh.com has received two 2015 XBIZ Award nominations for “Alternative Site of the Year,” and “Feminist Porn Release of the Year,” for their 2014 release of “Interlude.”

“It’s such an honor to be recognized and nominated for these awards,” said Sssh.com founder Angie Rowntree. “It’s a strong indication that all the hard work we’ve put into Sssh.com and its content is resonating with consumers who are hungry for quality erotica.”

Launched in 1999, Sssh.com has garnered praise in both the adult and mainstream media for its sex-positive, female-friendly content. The site has been featured by TIME, ABC’s Nightline, London Sunday Times, Elle, the BBC and Le Figaro, among others.

“Interlude is a wonderful movie. Rob and Daisy’s chemistry jumps off the screen at you, it’s very intense, and it’s very real,” Rowntree adds. “Of all the movies we’ve produced in 2014, I have to admit, I’m glad ‘Interlude’ received the nod.”

Sssh.com has a history of thriving on innovation and thinking outside the box.

“We are so proud of our accomplishments,” states Rowntree. “Between our main site, Sssh.com we also produce #SexTalkTuesday, a Twitter chat show, MindBrowse.com a live streaming talk show, and a virtual world or two.”

“Wait ‘till you see what 2015 brings!” she exclaims.

Presented by Fleshlight and hosted by adult superstar James Deen, the 2015 XBIZ Awards ceremony will take place January 15, 2014 at JW Marriott, Los Angeles, amidst the XBIZ 360 event series.
