Williams Trading University Expands for 2015

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — The popular Williams Trading University e-Learning program on Friday announced plans to expand its catalog to 38 online courses that are free to Williams Trading Co. customers.

New content includes retail sales training sponsored by B Swish, Bodywand, Nasstoy and mini courses featuring Lelo, Pocket Dungeon and Cloud 9 Novelties.

B Swish is an industry original line of fun and affordable personal massagers. Adult retailers and their employees can learn about their 2015 product line including the Premium, Deluxe and Classic ranges. Retailers also can participate in an instructional selling simulation. The Bodywand learning module covers the features and benefits of the iconic massager that has stood the test of time.

Nasstoy expands their online training with pertinent selling techniques for their RAM line, products designed to enhance male pleasure. The RAM Collection by Nasstoys includes six categories of products.

“Williams Trading University has graduated over 2,000 users from its assortment of free online trainings," said Erin V., marketing & vendor liaison. “With more courses in production, we anticipate continued success of this program in 2015 and encourage our retailers to experience an increase of sales on their retail floor.”

Mini courses offer learners a brief introduction (or refresher information) on the unique features and benefits of their products. For example, Pocket Dungeon introduces retailers to the multiple components included in their bondage travel kit. Lelo teaches retailers how to spot and sell to customers looking for a luxury item. Cloud 9 Novelties reviews the features and benefits of a value-priced line of silicone dildos.

“Our retailers are already beginning to document the increased retail sales they are experiencing as a direct result of WTU training; the typical increase in sales expected with this program is a minimum of 10 percent," said Scott D., director of sales & marketing.

Williams Trading University is a program exclusive to Williams Trading Co. accounts. For more information, contact a Williams’s sales representative at 800-423-8587 or visit wtulearn.com.
