CCBill: FlexForms Payment System Simplifies Form Set Up

TEMPE, Ariz. — CCBill's new FlexForms payments system is providing merchants an opportunity to gain efficiencies in the management of their business through its intuitive payment flow process, the global e-commerce solutions provider announced today.

“The visual/graphic layout of building a payment flow makes things much easier and intuitive compared to the legacy method of setting up cascading billing,” said Jason, owner of Spunkworthy. “Once I got in there and started playing around, I was quickly figuring things out on my own. It was also freeing up some time since the same flow can be applied across the board.”

The payment flows process in FlexForms enables merchants to quickly create multiple payment forms, multiple offers, and even incorporate multiple payment processors into one flow. And once established, the flow automatically routes consumers, says CCBill, which processes for more than 30,000 websites worldwide and that winner of  the XBIZ 2014 Progressive Web Company of the Year award.

For instance, merchants are able to present consumers with alternate payment types when necessary, or offer consumers special promotions without having to configure a form for each scenario, CCBill says.  This automation essentially lets merchants "set it and forget it," and eliminates the need to spend hours creating different forms while still offering the right payment options to all of their various consumers as applicable.

“We are always looking for new ways to help our merchants,” said Gary Jackson, managing vice president of sales and Internet markets for CCBill. “The drag-and-drop functionality of FlexForms payment flows can not only simplify things to the point of what used to require creating 12 different forms can now be done with one flow, it also can provide merchants more time to manage other areas of their business.

"Whether they want to create a complex flow that automatically runs specials or adds pricing options, or build a more stripped down flow that presents other destinations for their buyers, FlexForms lets them do it all, and then automate it.”

The payment flows may be the foundation of FlexForms, but the system includes a number of other features designed to help optimize payments. There are visual banner and text customization options, banner and URL libraries to store marketing items, sandbox text environments, enhanced cross-sell and up-sell capabilities, and A|B testing options. Additionally, the forms themselves are responsive, allowing for proper display to any buyer, anywhere.
