SAN FERNANDO, Calif. – Adult products distributor Honey’s Place will be celebrating its 20th anniversary at the upcoming International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas.
According to the company, it will celebrated its two decades by showing appreciation and thanks to its customers and partners with an intimate dinner party.
Honey’s Place was established in 1994 in the home of Helene Kusens (“Honey”) with one employee. In 1995, the first warehouse was opened, and by 1998, the company had expanded to operating in a fully functional warehouse, extending 5,700 square feet and storing approximately 10 lines of product.
After Honey’s passing due to breast cancer in 2002, her daughter, Bonnie Feingold, took over and moved the business to a 15,000 square foot facility in Burbank, Calif. Currently, Honey’s Place operates in a 35,000 square foot building and the company says it’s now focused on streamlining business practices and implementing innovative technology in external and internal business processes.
Consequently, the firm says it has recently begun to grow out of its current San Fernando, Calif. location.
“Honey’s Place takes pride in constantly evolving with forward-thinking business processes, while simultaneously maintaining Honey’s original desire to listen to clients and foster their success,” the company said. “Furthermore, the company’s Build the Store ecommerce platform, specifically built with today’s ecommerce entrepreneur in mind, offers user friendly, SEO friendly, and feature rich attributes.
“The platform also provides an opportunity for store owners, stay-at-home moms, and other website owners interested in setting up an online store to allow full customization with appearance, inventory, pricing, product information and more.”
Honey’s Place says it is also actively expanding into the mainstream market, offering games, party supplies, lingerie, smoke shop products and more.
“The Honey’s Place mantra, ‘Our Business is Your Success,’ is truly what defines the company today, and showing gratitude to the individuals and companies who have been there from the beginning is the obvious next step in moving forward,” the company said.
