LOS ANGELES – The Screaming O team have taken the Ice Bucket Challenge and, after drenching themselves in ice-cold water, challenged IVD’s Frank Koretsky, StorErotica’s Kris Kay and Pipedream Products’ Nick Orlandino to be next.
The three either can record themselves dumping a bucket of ice on themselves or place a donation to the Lou Gehrig’s Disease fund of their choice.
“The challenge is on, gentlemen,” The Screaming O founder Justin Ross said. “Time to get wet for a good cause!”

The Ice Bucket Challenge was popularized over last few weeks following one Massachusetts man’s idea to spread awareness of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (aka ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease) using the power of social media. Pete Frates, 29, was diagnosed with the illness in 2012 and decided with his family to spark a campaign using the hashtag #IceBucketChallenge. It went viral within days.
The cause has reached everyone from famous sports stars to Oscar-winning actors, inspiring them to film themselves getting doused with frigid water and daring their peers to do the same.
“This is a creative way to spread ALS awareness via social media and in communities nationwide,” said Barbara Newhouse, President and CEO of The ALS Association. “We thank Pete Frates and his family for getting so many people involved in spreading the word about ALS.”
