MONTREAL — New gay romance studio Icon Male’s first release, “Forgive Me Father,” is now available on DVD.
From Mile High Media and director Nica Noelle, the movie features Ty Roderick, Nick Capra, Lance Hart and Trenton Ducati confessing their sinful homosexual desires in four vignettes.
The film also stars Casey Tanner, Armond Rizzo, Tommy Defendi and Seth Santoro.
“In this series, parishioners go into the confessional booth seeking forgiveness, and as they confess we revisit the sins they’ve committed. There’s something about the anguish of sinning, of trying so hard not to give in to temptation and failing, that really appeals to me in terms of erotic storyline,” Noelle said.
She added, “‘Forgive Me Father’ is structured along these lines. I’m really proud to present this as the debut release for Icon Male, it represents the type of films you can expect for my new studio.”
Jon Blitt, vice president of Mile High Media noted that Icon Male’s first release is already a success. “Nica once again is creating unique and exciting erotica that fans are craving. ‘Forgive Me Father’ has topped the VOD charts in its first week on AEBN, and preorders are incredibly strong. We have a blockbuster on our hands. What a great way to launch a new gay studio.”
Volume one of the new series goes inside a priest's confessional, where tormented parishioners beg forgiveness for their sins of the flesh. From guilt-ridden teacher (Capra) who falls in love with troubled, young student (Rizzo), to former priest (Hart) who left the church when his desire for parishioner (Defendi) became too much to bear. We also find devoted husband (Ducati) tortured by shameful lust for his hot young brother in law (Santoro), and young, soldier (Roderick) who unexpectedly falls for "pretty boy" Tanner.
The studio said movies from Icon Male will be unique to the gay marketplace, offering genuine and intimate exchanges between performers featuring forbidden sex, emotion and compelling storyline.
Other series slated to release include WWII period piece “Prisoners of War,” “Men Seeking Men,” and “Forbidden Encounters.”
