Mobile Hookup Site Mixxxer.com Debuts

CYBERSPACE — Mobile hookup service Mixxxer.com has debuted.

The company said it is the first location-based hookup service that allows users to post explicit content, customize search filters, and is designed for discreet, sexy, online adult fun.

Unlike similar apps, Mixxxer does not need to be downloaded in an app store, but can be directly accessed on a mobile web browser. The website acts like a downloadable app and the standard membership is free.

Mixxxer features a geo-location based service that uses location data from the phone to display nearby users for quick and easy access. To protect user privacy, it does not reveal the exact location of any member by creating a one mile “safety zone” around each user.

Additionally, members who are interested in keeping their identity concealed can use the privacy filter to discreetly display all of their best physical attributes using the “shower door” feature. Profile photos will appear as though seen through an actual shower door.

The app also allows members to post and send an unlimited number of explicit photos. There is no restriction to what can be posted and sent via chat between users.

Membership is free, but users can opt for premium membership packages offering unlimited access to the service and additional features. Messages can only be sent by paying members, which the company said will cut down on spam and discourage mischievous activity while preventing inboxes from being flooded.
