Icon Brands Signs BelAmi to Adult Novelties Deal

LOS ANGELES — Icon Brands on Friday announced the acquisition of the BelAmi license for all adult novelties worldwide. This comes on the heels of its re-engaging the classic Falcon, and inking a deal with much buzzed about, art-porn label CockyBoys.

Icon spokesman Jim Carter said, "BelAmi is the quintessential, iconic, international brand. Their actors look like the mainstream models one sees in European fashion magazines. Their locations, budgets, aesthetics and production values are unparalleled in gay porn,” adding "we couldn't be happier to have them."

BelAmi spokesman Luca Norcen is equally excited about the partnership, commenting, "Icon Brands clearly builds brands, and quickly, which we saw in the few short years of their explosive growth," Norcen said. "We're confident that their packaging and marketing will make BelAmi stand apart and stand out, as the new gold standard in novelties."

The initial Icon product offering will consist of Signature phallic pieces taken from BelAmi’s international pool of talent... all are widely recognized and popular with fans, having graced magazine covers, calendars and photo books worldwide

Carter noted that in its over 20-year history, "BelAmi has amassed a library of some 200 blockbusters, and they truly are blockbusters. Their numbers are amazing, and we know we'll see those same numbers in their novelties."

Icon will be showing BelAmi at ANME this weekend in Burbank, and is busy preparing the first four to six Signature Pieces which will ship in fourth quarter, 2014, with a range of elegant accessories to follow. A sample of the unique BelAmi foiled box will be available at Icon's booths 37 and 39, as will a poster of the first group of models. And as Jim Carter noted, "if you feel like you're looking at a high-fashion ad for an elegant new cologne, so did we. That's the BelAmi magic.”
