LAS VEGAS — Adult star Nikki Phoenix is featured in the current issue of Vegas Seven magazine, which asked her about her burgeoning electronic music career.
Phoenix is halfway through completing her EDM album on the heels of the release of her EDM single "My Addiction," which was featured at this year's ULTRA Music Festival.
In an article titled "Nikki Phoenix Plays Beauty and the Beat," Phoenix talks about her passion for EDM, her fitness lifestyle and weight loss, and her adult and mainstream exploits.
Founded in 2010, Vegas Seven is a weekly lifestyle publication. The interview with Phoenix was conducted by nightlife journalist Deanna Rilling.
"After seeing her other interviews and all of the buzz on social media, we knew we had to interview Nikki, because it's really rare to see someone pursuing their passions and excelling, especially in multiple areas that are so competitive," Rilling said.
"It also exemplifies what we love so much about Vegas and showcases yet another local and their talents, who is making a positive impact on not just Vegas, but the world around them as a whole."
Phoenix is also the subject of an in-depth video interview with DJOYbeat.com, courtesy of Rilling and director Miles Long, who shot the interview in Vegas.
"We were extremely happy to be able to interview Nikki while she had a free moment here in Las Vegas, as her story is truly inspiring and confidence-building for women and it is great to see someone pursuing their passions in all aspects of their life: adult, mainstream and music," Rilling said.
Phoenix's latest endeavor, aerial circus performing, is something she has been pursuing in preparation for her feature dancing act and performing her EDM singles at dance clubs later this year. Phoenix said she has begun training regularly with aerial silks and Lyra at Polecats Aerial Fitness in Las Vegas.
"I've been hard at work since the beginning of this year, and have already bought my own Lyra to practice at home as well," she said.

"I'm so thankful for my fans, who have been so loyal and supported me in my journey, on both my mainstream and adult paths," Phoenix said. "I really wanted to give them a website that showed them not only the things i'm interested in and the things I'm doing, but also give them content that they couldn't get anywhere else."
