LAS VEGAS — SpareParts Hardwear says it got a good response from distributors and retailers alike at the spring edition of the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas.
“We always have a wonderful time at ILS,” SpareParts HardWear founder Tres said. “We love chatting with retailers, both established and new, about our lingerie harnesses, and discuss the ways we can continue to spread the SpareParts brand around the world. Working with both Entrenue and Eldorado allowed us to keep MAP policies in place, which benefits retailers both online and brick-and-mortar. It was a very positive show, and we were thrilled with the entire weekend.”
The SpareParts HardWear team was stationed at Entrenue and Eldorado booths, where the company established new accounts, including the nationwide chain of Lion’s Den stores.
“We were able to give Lion’s Den and their buying team an inside look at the SpareParts brand during a buyer expo in Mexico,” says Shaye Saldana, founder and managing partner of brand management company STEME360. “The discussion and work at that event came to fruition at the ILS show, and we are happy to have them on board via Entrenue.”
BBW fetish model and adult performer Kelly Shibari was on hand at the Entrenue booth to model the plus-size Bella Harness for retailers and to answer questions regarding fit and functionality. Shibari is the promotional face for the harness company’s plus size SpareParts’ Bella Harness, and appears on its product boxes.
“I am always honored when asked by Tres to appear on SpareParts’s behalf at the Entrenue booth,” says Kelly. “Being a ‘live mannequin’ helps retailers understand the comfort, fit, and luxurious design details that exist in SpareParts harnesses, specifically for the plus-size market. I had a wonderful weekend, and I think everyone who stopped by the booth did too!”
