LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures' and director Brad Armstrong's film “Underworld,” won XRCO's Best Epic award, the studio announced.
Joined onstage by “Underworld” star Jessica Drake, Armstrong accepted the award trophy by thanking the many fans, reviewers and consumers who’ve made the two-disc release a hit.
Drake also praised Armstrong's skills as a writer, designer and filmmaker.
The studio noted that "Underworld" also took home the XBIZ Awards Feature Movie of the Year, along with other accolades making it the seaon's "triple threat" film.
Armstrong also won the XBIZ Director of the Year - Feature Release award for "Underworld."
