LUXEMBOURG — Jasmin.com today launched a new IPTV platform that streams live chat to smart TVs and set-top boxes while users control interactivity using their mobile devices.
The new service offers users a live-cam experience in high-definition and works with a free gesture controller app called the Docler Remote, available free through Apple's App Store and Google Play, for swift navigation without touching a button.
"Jasmin.com aims to change the way people use the Internet," said László Czéró, managing director of DuoDecad IT Services, operator of Jasmin.com. "Our service offers a completely new concept in adult entertainment; men and women, gay or straight, can enjoy the luxury of fully interactive live-cam viewing experience in big-screen, HDTV quality."
Czéró said that viewers can choose from over 3,000 live performers available for instant two-way interaction. Jasmin.com, he noted, has 50 million unique monthly users that have signed on to its redesigned live cam site.
"Jasmin.com is, in essence, delivering 3,000 TV channels, with the performer as host of his or her own show; they define the content and acquire their own fan base," Czéró said. "Online chatting has become not only a method of communication, but a form of entertainment."
DuoDecad IT Services is currently also at work on a dedicated Jasmin channel distributed via satellite and cable networks with scheduled programs, chat and theme shows, all built around live audience participation, Czéró said.
Jasmin.com offers a cross-platform single sign-on, where the user can open an account on any device PC, tablet, smartphone or TV, then access any features, preferences, favorite performer lists and credits on any device.
The IPTV platform, like Jasmin.com's PC and mobile platforms, offers advanced preferences that allow users to find the live performers of choice quickly and easily. The user also has the option to save more than 200 preferred performers in personalized "favorite" sections and can use the service for free before buying.
The new IPTV platform works with smart TVs from LG, Samsung, Panasonic, Philips and Toshiba, as well as Google TV and Android TV.
