ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — BBW adult star Kelly Shibari has been nominated for 2014 BBW Performer of the Year at the Fanny Awards, the performer announced.
The accolade, dubbed “Whole Lotta Love,” is decided upon by fan votes and presented at the EXXXOTICA expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Shibari said she was honored with the inaugural “Whole Lotta Love” Fanny Award last year.
"Thank you, EXXXOTICA and The Fannys, for allowing the fans a means to show their love, and for being open-minded and including such a wide variety of niche categories,” Shibri said. “I am particularly thankful for The Fannys, for starting the trend for other award shows to consider BBW performers as a separate and unique niche. I am truly appreciative of my fans’ support, and on behalf of all plus size performers who love what we do, I thank them all for this nomination.”
