Badke, who served the company through its first four years in the adult entertainment industry, will return to his native Canada to spend more time with his family.
“I am very sad to see Sieg leave, he has been a tremendous asset to the company,” Pure Play CEO Richard Arnold said.
Pure Play Vice President of Sales and Marketing Craig Jelin will replace Badke. A 15-year adult entertainment industry veteran from Larry Flynt Publications, Jelin has been with Pure Play for more than a year.
Drew Dixon will step into Jelin’s shoes as vice president of sales and marketing. Dixon has a six-year history in adult entertainment. He started out as a sales representative with Vivid Entertainment Group in 2000.
Pure Play also announced the hiring of Mike Santiago, who will serve as the company’s CFO. Santiago is a CPA with extensive experience dealing with online and traditional adult entertainment businesses, the spokesperson said.
“I am extremely confident in the new structuring of Pure Play,” Arnold said. “We get steady mature leadership from Craig Jelin, high-level financial know-how from Mike Santiago and an [unparalleled] level of industry sales knowledge from Drew Dixon.”
