Lighthouse Talent Agency shares the same building with adult industry testing facility AIM Health Care Foundation.
The fire was contained to a storage closet in the facility, and due to Zacher catching it early the structure suffered minimal damage.
“I came to the office to fax some AIM tests and the office was filled with smoke,” Zacher told XBIZ. “The office was filled with smoke so bad that I couldn’t see from one end to the other. I went on the balcony and saw smoke was pouring out of a closet under the stairs by the front of the building. I kicked the door and saw the wall was covered in flames and stuff on the floor burning too.”
The Fire Department arrived promptly with six trucks. Zacher said they extinguished the blaze in the supply closet and installed fans throughout the building to get rid of the smoke and smell.
Zacher wants to assure all Lighthouse Talent Agency and AIM Health Care Foundation clients that both offices are open and operating as usual.
“Porn never sleeps,” Zacher said.
