PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading Co. has partnered with Blush Novelties for its first "eco-friendly" offering featuring bulk wrapping, set to be released in January.
The new product line includes 37 of Blush’s top-selling products, packaged in bulk wrapping. According to the company, the line is ideal for drop-shipment through Muffs & Cuffs — Williams Trading Co.’s e-commerce distribution channel — and can also serve home party consultants.
Bulk packaging not only offers an environmentally sound solution to package waste reduction, it also improves efficiency in supply-chain fulfillment, and reduces warehouse storage costs. The savings are in turn passed along to the e-commerce shopper, the company said.
“As a consumer product advocate, we listened to the needs of our channel partners and their customers, said Scott Dantis, director of marketing and sales. “They are often frustrated with oversized packaging and the waste generated. E-commerce customers do not require oversized, retail packaging and will realize there is a cost-saving associated with being an online shopper.”
Blush’s new product line will be in stock and available for shipment through Muffs & Cuffs in time to kick-off the New Year.
