The Rub PR, Clients Receive 22 XBIZ Awards Noms

LOS ANGELES — The Rub PR received its first XBIZ Awards nomination for Marketing Campaign of the Year for its work on Sparks Entertainment’s “The Vampire Mistress." In addition, clients of The Rub received 21 nominations for the 2014 XBIZ Awards on Jan. 24 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, Calif.

“We are truly honored to be nominated by XBIZ for our work on ‘The Vampire Mistress,'” said Erika Icon, owner and publicist for the five-year-old The Rub PR. “Our clients got 21 nominations and we couldn’t be prouder of them. That’s pretty impressive. We can’t wait to see what happens on January 24th when the awards take place.”

Harry Sparks/Sparks Entertainment garnered 11 nominations for the critically-acclaimed feature, “The Vampire Mistress." Both Dani Daniels and Lily LaBeau were nominated for Best Actress – All-Girl Release and Hayden Winters for Best Supporting Actress. The film also got nominations for Screenplay of the Year, Best Special Effects, Best Editing, Best Music, and All-Girl Release of the Year. Sparks personally got a nomination for Director of the Year – Feature Release, and Sparks and The Rub PR were nominated for Marketing Campaign of the Year.

Nikita Von James picked up three noms for Performer Site of the Year, MILF Performer of the Year and Best Scene-Vignette Release for her scene with Erik Everhard and Staci Silverstone for Reality Junkies’ “Couples Seeking Teens 11."

Mia Lelani scored a nom for Best Supporting Actress for her work in Vivid’s “The New Behind the Green Door” directed by Paul Thomas.

Angelina Valentine added two more noms in her ever-increasing list of noms. She got nods for Performer Site of the Year and Best Scene–Vignette Release for her scene with Mick Blue and Danny Mountain in Brazzers’ “Real Wife Stories 15."

Allison Moore picked up her first XBIZ nom for Best Scene–Vignette Release for her scene with Bill Bailey in Naughty America’s “Housewife 1 on 1 Vol. 28."

Kayla-Jane Danger also got her very first XBIZ nom for Web Star of the Year for her site, MyDollParts.com.

Porn Star DJ Helly Hellfire scored a nom for Crossover Star of the Year.

And, Sexually Evolved scooped up a nom for Retailer of the Year – Boutique.
