LOS ANGELES — Metalcore band Asking Alexandria has released a music video for their new song “Killing You” with cameo appearances by Juelz Ventura, Ash Hollywood, Bailey Blue, Andy San Dimas and Cadence St. John.
Prefaced by a Princess Diana quote emphasizing the importance of family, the scene opens ominously with mainstream actress Jessica Booker, who responds to a newspaper advertisement for a free “miracle drug” to cure depression and anger. When a man soon shows up at her house with an address (the drug?), she jumps in her Bentley and takes a ride to a place on Mulholland Dr., ignoring several phone calls from her mother.
Booker arrives at her destination and is led into an Eyes Wide Shut type of scenario — inked girls and masked men engaging in sinister sexual activities. As things become increasing violent, she tries to leave and finds she is trapped in the posh mansion.
The U.K.-based band has featured porn stars in previously released music videos, including San Dimas in “To the Stage” and Belladonna in “Through Sin and Self-Destruction.”
Asking Alexandria was founded in 2008. The current line-up of the group consists of Ben Bruce (lead guitar), Danny Worsnop (vocals), Cameron Liddell (rhythm guitar), Sam Bettley (bass guitar) and James Cassells (drums).
