LOS ANGELES — Sara Jay has announced that MTV's Staying Alive Foundation has published her opinions in an article called "The Porn Effect - a Pornstar's Perspective."
The piece is about whether porn is damaging to young people. Viacom owned MTV's Staying Alive Foundation is dedicated to stopping the spread of HIV among young people offering grassroots HIV prevention projects.
"I am flattered to have been asked to write on the subject of the effect of porn by MTV's Staying Alive Foundation," she said. "There is a great deal of talk about regulating and restricting porn right now ... particularly to supposedly protect children. I think parents need to step up and not have government agencies do their parenting for them. I thank MTV for giving me a platform and the response so far has been positive."
She is heading to Detroit this weekend for the first TripleXpo at the Haystings Street Ballroom.
She feature dances at Bazouki Gentlement's Club on Friday and Saturday night. The club is located at 432 E Lafayette St., Detroit, Mich.
