LONDON — JT, founder of the paysite network Really Useful Cash, has won the Adult Industry Chief Executive of the Year at the XBIZ Executive Awards.
The award was presented last week at a lavish ceremony held in conjunction with XBIZ EU in London.
"It was a surprise to receive this award. To know that I was nominated by my peers in the industry makes it very special," JT said. "I have an amazing team and we are producing some of the best converting sites out there. To get this acknowledgement with such a young company is testament to the team around me."
JT has a relatively short history in the adult space. Being a founding member of YouPorn.com in late 2006, he was part of the tube movement that many paysite owners and content producers blame for the demise of the industry. Now he is one of the leaders in this space with a powerful network consisting of sites such as FakeTaxi.com, MassageRooms.com, DaneJones.com and FakeAgent.com
JT states: "Once we knew the sale to Manwin was happening (May 2011), I decided to put my knowledge of the tubes to use and start my own production company. To be recognized with the CEO of the Year so quickly gives every single member of my team a huge pat on the back."
