LONDON — This weekend, Red Hot TV will broadcast the cult porn classic "Deep Throat" on pay-per-night on the Sky and Virgin Media platforms.
"Deep Throat" will be screened at 10 p.m. across all three Red Hot channels, starting with Red Hot Amateur on Friday, Sept. 13.
The original hardcore version will also be made available online at RedHotHard.com.
The film will be replayed as a pay-per-night event on Television X on Freeview channel 171 on Friday as well.
Red Hot TV said this late addition to the schedule comes after subscribers' strong response to the airing of "Deep Throat" on Television X last month.
According to the company, "Deep Throat" aired on Television X in August of this year and saw the channel buck seasonal trends with a significant increase in sales.
The repeat broadcast across the Red Hot TV channels this weekend will allow a larger audience to view the movie.
“We believe that every adult should see 'Deep Throat' at least once in their lives,” programming director Chris Ratcliff said. “By putting the film out on our Red Hot pay-per-night channels, it opens it up to a much wider audience.”
