XBIZ EU 2013 Show Schedule Announced

LONDON — XBIZ is pleased to announce the official show schedule for the 2013 XBIZ EU international digital media conference.

Slated for Sept. 22-25, XBIZ EU returns to the stylish Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel, where the international digital media conference debuted in 2011. The three-day event will feature a new slate of business-networking opportunities and exclusive special events set throughout central London.

XBIZ EU will be an international hotbed of business and networking with three days of cutting-edge seminars, workshops and special events, including the first-ever XBIZ Executive Awards ceremony that will honor execs in a number of business career categories.

XBIZ EU’s slate of valuable sessions will cover a broad range of topics impacting the adult industry and digital media business from a global perspective, such as the exclusive Q&A with ATVOD CEO Pete Johnson, a debate over U.K's "War on Porn" and the controversial “Porn Studies” session.

“The XBIZ EU events lineup this year builds on the success of our past shows with an even greater focus on the E.U. market’s innovations, legalities and everything in between,” XBIZ Events Director Moe Helmy said. “Attendees can look forward to a more refined experience capped with the first-ever XBIZ Executive Awards.”

With the conference set to begin in less than a month, there's been exceptionally strong interest in XBIZ EU,  likely the result from recent news of pending British legislation and additional regulation that limits the distribution of sexually explicit material in the U.K.

"Sex and censorship are colliding in the U.K., and the conference will provide critical discussions over what to do next, and it will be of interest to anyone who offers up or processes erotic material online," said Don Parret, XBIZ executive director of editorial. "We'll also dig deep with panelists into the hottest trends, as well as warning signs, involving live cams, mobile, processing and much more."

Along with a full slate of seminars and workshops, as well as multiple daily Speed Networking sessions and happy hours, XBIZ EU also will include a kick-off party hosted by Cybersocket and a farewell toast.

XBIZ EU is a leading international digital media conference that brings together business leaders from around the globe.

For a limited time, members of XBIZ.net qualify for free or discounted XBIZ EU 2013 registration based on their area of business. Attendees are encouraged to book their rooms at the Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel early to ensure availability.
