LOS ANGELES — Vivid Cabaret gentleman’s club, licensed by the adult movie studio, will open its doors with a “soft launch” this Wednesday in Rancho Dominguez, Calif.
Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch says that guests will see that the club has “the Vivid look and feel.”
A subsidiary of Rick’s Cabaret International secured an agreement with Vivid Entertainment to operate the newly built 12,000-square-foot club north of Long Beach.
“Vivid Cabaret promises to be one of the most exciting clubs in California,” said Eric Langan, President and CEO of Rick’s Cabaret. “We’ll have the most beautiful dancers and frequent visits by the amazing Vivid performers, Vivid movie premieres and other special events.”
The soft launch will feature $1 draft beers, $3 cocktails, a $6 lunch special and the cover charge will be waived. Doors will open at 11 a.m.
“You’ll get to meet Vivid performers as they make special appearances and, in the weeks ahead, we’ll have previews of their new movies, auditions and much more,” Hirsch said. “We’re also looking forward to getting to know many of our fans in person when they visit our clubs.”
Rick’s Cabaret and Vivid plan to open up a second venue of the same name in NYC in the fall.
Plans for a grand opening event at the L.A. County location are in the works.
