Secret Passion to Release a Mobile Version of Its Ecommerce Website

LOS ANGELES  The team at online adult store Secret Passion has begun working on a mobile version of its website.

The company said the mobile version will cater to the high percentage of customers that use mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones to view their domain, instead of the traditional devices such as laptop and desktop computers.

A member of the Secret Passion team took a moment to explain the reason behind their latest business venture and why it is so crucial for the future of the company.

“Whilst we are still experiencing a good amount of business through our current website, the team and I felt that a move into mobile optimisation was the natural way forward for our website in these technologically-focused times,” he explained. “After all, an ecommerce website that has not been properly optimised for mobile usage makes the customers experience a difficult and frankly frustrating process that often results in complete abandonment of the transaction, meaning that they may take their business elsewhere.

“We felt that an increasingly large proportion of our customers browse the website using a mobile format such as a tablet, mobile phone or smart phone so it was only natural to make it easier for them, providing our customers an easier browsing and overall more pleasant user experience. Also, from a strictly business point of view, the team and I felt that it’s an incredibly important step to ensure that our conversions aren’t loss due to compatibility issues or the fact that our customers are experiencing difficulty locating their sought-after product.”

The website will be released and made live later this month.
