Licensing Deal Inked for Playboy Vodka

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Playboy Enterprises on Monday announced that it has signed a deal with the producers of Vuqo vodka to produce Playboy Vodka.

Vuqo, which produces a coconut-distilled vodka in some Asian countries, will launch Playboy Vodka in Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Called the world's first coconut-distilled, the vodka  will be manufactured in the Philippines. Vuqo also produces Haliya Light Fruit Wines.

"Playboy is known for its iconic appeal and aspirational lifestyle. We are thrilled to offer a smooth and crisp premium vodka of the highest quality that will appeal to both Playboy and vodka enthusiasts alike."

"Playboy seeks to align with partners that bring the right mix of market knowledge and a passion for growing brands.
